  It's World Teachers' Day. Every single oneof us has gone to school and every single one of us can think back to ourschooling and remember a teacher who meant the world to us and who made theworld a better place for us. I remember a teacher who called and wondered where Iwas after a weeks worth of absences and I remember teachers who personalized mylearning. All of our teachers make such a difference to our students and theirlives. You don't have to take my word for it, I want you to hear from studentsthemselves, how you have made a difference for them. Happy World Teachers Day. If you can think of one word to describe your teachers what would it be? Passionate. Dedicated. Diligent. Patient. Enthusiastic. Cool. Human. I think that my teachers have been a life-changing resource. They've definitely meant a lot to me. They have always been positive role models to me. Since I migrated to Canada, my teachers actually-well helped me a lot, really through my process of learning English. What my teachers have meant to me, are people who show love, care, and generally know how I feel. My teachers are my leaders. Every day they continue to inspire and motivate me. They also show me that everything is possible, only if you try. I think teachers are incredibly vital, because they are preparing us, the students, to be the future leaders of tomorrow. I think that they're very patient and helpful. Teachers are important because they help you through your decisions and rough times, and they guide you through the right path. They're able to show students how to do things and moreover inspire us to become better leaders. I feel like what makes teachers so important, is that they have the ability to motivate anyone to learn anything. Something that my teachers doto help me achieve my goals, are giving me feedback and having me reflect on my work. My teachers help me to achieve my goal by always encouraging me to do my best. When I struggled, my teachers put in the time aside from class to help assist me. My music teacher has helped me a lot. I now know like seven instruments, because he helped me find my passion for music. To simplify it, they provide uswith a lot of opportunities. I would say to all the teachers watching this video,thank you so much for all the hard work that you've done. I would say thank you to all the teachers for helping all the students like me to learn. When you're interacting with students, you have to make them feel really important and included, because to me those are the best type of teachers. Especially when we're in the older grades, when mental health has become an issue that we want to deal with. I feel like our teachers have been verysupportive and caring and I feel like that is the most amazing thingthat they've done for me. I would say thank you to all the teachers foralways encouraging me, and never give up, and always follow your heart.
